The Annual Meeting of America’s First Federal Credit Union was held Tuesday, April 20 at 3 p.m. at the administrative office located at 1200 4th Avenue North in downtown Birmingham.

In order to comply with the City of Birmingham’s Mask Mandate, the meeting was held while respecting social distancing guidelines. Due to these restrictions, members were admitted to the meeting as allowed by the guidelines. Due to the reduced number of participants this year, there was also not a drawing for door prizes.

Each year at the Annual Meeting, the membership has the opportunity to elect members of the Board of Directors of their credit union.

This year, we have two candidates to fill the two available positions available for election. We are very excited about the talent and expertise that these very qualified applicants bring as they serve on the Board of Directors.

We understand that many of our members were not able to attend the Annual Meeting in person due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We certainly hope that you will be able join us in person next year.
