2023 Annual Meeting
The annual meeting will be held on April 18, 2023 at 3:00 in our downtown auditorium. Each year, as board terms expire, a nominating committee is appointed to identify and select qualified candidates to be nominated to fill upcoming vacancies. In 2023, we will have two vacancies on the board of directors.

2022 Annual Meeting
The 2022 Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, April 19th at 3:00 P.M. at the administrative office located at 1200 4th Avenue, North in downtown Birmingham.
The meeting was also viewed remotely via Facebook Live and on our YouTube channel.
Each year at the Annual Meeting, the membership has the opportunity to elect members of the Board of Directors of their credit union. View the 2022 Nomination Notice HERE.
We understand that many of our members were not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We do hope that you will be able to view it live on April 19th, and we certainly hope that you will be able join us in person, next year. Thank you for your membership and your continued trust.
