We want to make our members aware about an upcoming conversion of our loan payments portal at AmFirst. This conversion will enhance the efficiency and security of our payment services, allowing you to see your loan payments in real time in online banking.
The loan payments portal is currently disabled until Monday, October 2 as we complete our conversion process.
On October 2, we will be migrating to an improved payments platform. While we are working diligently to ensure a seamless transition, we want to bring your attention to an important aspect that may require your action.
After the conversion, it will be necessary for you to set up any recurring payments again within the new payments portal. This step is essential to ensure the continuity of your automatic payments.
To minimize any inconvenience, we recommend that you take the following actions:
