Storm Assistance

Our thoughts and prayers go out to our members who were affected by the storms that hit our area on March 25, 2021. We want to help if we can. If you were affected by these storms, you may be eligible for loan payment assistance. Assistance options range from temporary reduced payments to short-term deferments. Please contact (205) 320-4138 and press any option to speak to a member service representative. You may also send an email to collections@amfirst.org for further assistance.

New fee for loan payments:

Starting on January 1, 2023, there will be an $8.00 transaction fee for loan payments when members pay with a debit card.

If you are making a loan payment using your checking account and routing number (ACH) there will continue to be no transaction fee. Also, there will continue to be no transaction fee if you are using the transfer function in Online Banking to make a payment.
