To celebrate AmFirst’s 89th birthday, we are giving away one (1) $100.00 gift card redeemable at Edgar’s Bakery!
From 9:00 a.m. on July 23, 2025, to 11:00 a.m. on July 25, 2025, Alabama residents aged 19 or older may enter the sweepstakes simply by “liking” our Facebook post. On July 25, 2025, at 12 p.m., we’ll randomly select a winner. The winner will be notified by us by Facebook Messenger within 24 hours after the sweepstakes ends. You do not need to be an AmFirst member to enter.
RULES & DISCLOSURES
The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. The prize will be available for pickup at the winner’s branch within 30 days of notification. The winner may need to show ID and sign a prize acceptance form. If the winner doesn’t respond or cannot accept the prize, we may select an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, the winner gives AmFirst permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Employees, officers, directors of America’s First Federal Credit Union (AmFirst), their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses), and household members are not eligible.
The approximate retail value of the gift is $100.00. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying any taxes.
We may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, tamper with the sweepstakes, or violate these rules. By accepting the price, the winner holds AmFirst and its employees harmless for any injury or damage from participating or using the prize AmFirst is not responsible for errors in sweepstakes administration or prize announcements. The winner’s personal information will be used only to administer the sweepstakes and contact winners, per AmFirst’s privacy policy. AmFirst may cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
AmFirst’s decisions are final and may not be appealed.
