Current Hours & Operations
As of August 24, all AmFirst branch lobbies are currently open and maintaining normal business hours.

We continue to follow the guidelines and recommendations of local authorities and public health officials. Branch lobbies are operating with limited capacity. Markers have been placed on branch floors to ensure proper social distance between individuals.
Face-masks are required for lobby access to branches located in areas with local government face-mask orders in place. Members are encouraged to wear a face mask at all other AmFirst branch locations.
AmFirst staff will wear face-masks.
To maintain account security, we may ask you to remove your mask briefly to confirm your identity.
If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, please use the drive-thru.
Many of our branches also feature video teller ITMs in the drive-thru that allow you to conduct most teller transactions from the comfort of your car. For ITM locations, please click HERE. Video Teller ITM hours are 7am – 6pm Mon – Fri.

We continue enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of our facilities and equipment including ATMs and drive-thrus. In addition, we are closely monitoring the well-being of all our staff members and have procedures in place to allow anyone who may be ill, or has been exposed to illness, to remain at home.
We understand the financial impact this pandemic is having on our members and we want to help if we can. If your employment or income is impacted by the COVID-19 coronavirus, you may be eligible for loan payment assistance. Beware of scams
Be suspicious of unsolicited emails, texts, and phone calls. Some scam artists are out there trying to take advantage of people by claiming to have important updates from the CDC or other well-known organizations. They may claim to represent a company you do business with. Their intent is to convince you to share sensitive information, trick you into sending them money, or to install malware onto your device. Never give them sensitive personal information or click on the links they provide.

To support the financial health of all Americans, TransUnion is offering free weekly online credit reports through April 2021 via AnnualCreditReport.com.
TransUnion also provides free educational content on credit through the TransUnion COVID-19 Support Center on their website.
