Apple Pay

Get Started

To get started using Apple Pay, make sure your device is running iOS 8.1 or higher. Once your software is up-to-date, you will see the Wallet app on your home screen.

Open the Wallet app. If you already have an America’s First debit or credit card on file with Apple iTunes®, you can quickly import it into Apple Pay by entering the security code on the back of your card. To add an America’s First debit or credit card that is not in iTunes, enter your card information manually or hold your eligible iPhone over the card and use the device camera to capture it automatically.

Apple Pay will perform a simple validation with America’s First before the card is ready to use. Once this validation is complete, you’re ready to start using Apple Pay!

Make Purchases

To use Apple Pay in-store, hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near a merchant’s card reader. On your iPhone, authorize your payment with your finger on Touch ID®. On your Apple Watch, double click the side button.

You can also pay with your fingerprint in a participating merchant mobile app, or select the Buy with Apple Pay button in the Safari browser. On your iPhone or iPad, authorize your app or web payment with your finger on Touch ID. To authorize payment on Apple Watch, double click the side button.
