Member Services Center

The Member Services Center is an excellent way for busy members to conduct their financial transactions and receive information by friendly, knowledgeable employees. The Member Services Center is available Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. Our employees can assist members by phone, fax, or email with virtually any credit union service. Loan requests received by Member Services can usually be answered in 30 minutes or less, and other financial transactions can usually be completed with just one phone call. You may fax Member Services at 205-320-4166 or 1-800-441-4643. **Note: there will be a $3.00 phone fee for transactions that can be conducted by using Flash Talk or Easylink.

Flash Talk Telephone Account Access - (Free Service)

Ever wondered whether or not a check has cleared, or wanted to know your savings account balance before making a major purchase? If you have a phone, then you have free access to Flash Talk, our automated telephone voice response system. Flash Talk allows you to conduct your business 24-hours a day from anywhere in the world. Just use a touchtone phone, call 205-327-2328 or 1-800-524-6546, enter your personal identification number (PIN), and you can manage your accounts using a variety of menu options.

Flash Pay - (Free Service)

Now you can authorize automatic transfers from your America's First accounts with a service we call Flash Pay. With Flash Pay, you determine the amount to be transferred, and America's First will make the transaction automatically from your account on a designated date each month. It's the simple and easy way to ensure your money is where you need it, when you need it most.

Wheel Power-

Over 100 Alabama auto dealerships and 5 boat dealerships participate in our Wheel Power program, which allows you to finance a vehicle without leaving the dealership. In one easy step, you can purchase your vehicle and complete your loan documents at any of our participating Wheel Power dealerships. You will receive the same great lobby rates and convenient financing of up to 84 months. Just ask for America's First when you purchase your next vehicle.

Insurance

Credit life and disability insurance is available through State National Companies. All Share Account holders are eligible to enroll for free Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage. America's First has arranged to provide this service through ACE American Insurance Company. For members to activate this coverage, simply complete the enrollment form. Additional insurance is available for a nominal cost.

Discount Theme Park Tickets

As an additional service to our members, America's First offers discounted tickets to Six Flags Over Georgia, Alabama Adventure, and Whitewater. Contact your local branch for current pricing information.
