Member-Only Areas: Personal identification (i.e. account number, password) is collected when a valid credit union member with an active credit union account has registered to enter our secure Online Account Access. This information enables us to regulate access of this information only to those who request such access and those entitled to perform transactions on these account(s).
Online Forms: AFFCU provides several online forms (i.e. loan application, check order, etc.) to better serve the needs of our members. Personal information provided by a member via any of our online forms is used by AFFCU only to process the member's request for service. The information contained in these forms is transmitted on secure lines and processed by authorized personnel.
E-mail Communication: Personal information transmitted to AFFCU may be used by our staff to respond to inquiries for service or information or improve the service we provide. E-mail communication is secure against interception by unauthorized individuals.
